Opportunity Description:
Those who are looking to launch their first career in sales or even seeking to transition from another industry into the sales arena can take advantage of our entry-level sales position.
At Rocky Mountain Marketing Inc. all of our sales reps receive full training in their new position. Our training program includes but not limited to; in house classroom-based training, hands-on field training and continuous support and coaching from their fellow peers and management throughout their entire career at RMM Inc.
Responsibilities Include:
- Face to face sales presentations and negotiations with allocated customers. It is important to note that cold calling customers is not a requirement due to leads being provided.
- Tracking and reporting of sales results from assigned customers that will be sent back to our clients.
Pay Scale:
We currently offer two options regarding pay structure. The first option includes 100% commission, while the second option offers a base, plus commission. Also, full medical benefits and gas reimbursement program will be provided. |
